Mission
Starzip is the world's first DEX built for local businesses. Any brick-and-mortar store can issue a Store Token (a utility token for loyalty, membership, and community) and list it on a permissionless global marketplace.
The Problem
Local businesses are structurally excluded from capital markets. Traditional fundraising requires banks, brokers, and costly compliance. Loyalty programs are fragmented and non-transferable. Customer relationships have no liquid market and no global reach.
The Solution
Starzip gives every local business a permissionless path to issue tokens, raise community capital through a Launchpad, and trade instantly on a DEX — without a bank, broker, or listing fee.
Key Differentiators
- Store Token Issuance — no bank, broker, or listing fee required.
- Immediate Liquidity — DEX trading starts right after Launchpad.
- Issuer Fee Share — 3% of trading fees are auto-distributed to the issuing store.
- Dual DAO Governance — protocol-wide STAR DAO plus per-business Store DAO.
- Transparent tokenomics with cliff and vesting schedules for insider tokens.
