Durability & Launch Plan
Durability System
Durability Decay & Mining Efficiency
Phase 2 Feature
Durability decay visualization will be available after Phase 2 launch. Decay rate is currently TBD.
Natural Durability Decay
NFT durability automatically decreases over time.
| Item | Value |
|---|---|
| Decay Rate | TBD — to be finalized before Phase 2 |
| Starting Durability | 100% |
| Full Depletion | TBD — to be finalized before Phase 2 |
Durability Impact
Durability affects mining efficiency (Fixed Pool). Airdrop payout (Token Listing Airdrop) is unaffected by durability — holders receive the full amount regardless of durability level, except at 0%.
| Durability | Mining Efficiency | Airdrop Payout (Phase 2) | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| > 60% | 100% | 100% | Normal |
| > 40% and ≤ 60% | 80% | 100% | Warning |
| > 20% and ≤ 40% | 50% | 100% | Critical |
| > 0% and ≤ 20% | 20% | 100% | Severe |
| 0% | 0% (Stopped) | TBD | Depleted |
0% Durability: Mining vs. Airdrop
- Fixed Pool Mining: Completely stopped (0% efficiency)
- Token Listing Airdrop: Policy TBD — whether to stop entirely or provide a reduced payout is under review
Durability only scales mining rewards. Airdrop payouts remain at 100% as long as durability is above 0%.
Repair & Token Burn
Repair Cost Calculation
Repair costs are linked to token price.
Repair Cost (STAR) = Target USD / Token Price USDLower token price means more tokens burned
Repair Cost Examples by Token Price
| Token Price | Repair Cost | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| $0.10 | 50 STAR burned | Lower price = more burned |
| $0.50 | 10 STAR burned | Higher price = less burned |
Repair System Features
- Dynamic Repair Cost: Automatically adjusts based on token price
- Token Burn: Tokens used for repair are permanently burned
- Deflationary Effect: More repair activity = reduced token supply
Phased Launch Plan

Launch Strategy
Phase 1 Goals
- NFT sales and initial community formation
- Fixed pool rewards (STAR) for early participants
- System stability verification
Phase 2 Goals
- Full ecosystem activation with Dynamic NFT features
- Store token listing airdrops connect to real economic activity
- Durability system creates sustained STAR token demand through repair burns
- Snapshot + holding period ensures committed holder base
Summary
- Durability: Decreases over time (decay rate TBD), recoverable through repair
- Mining Impact: 0% durability = 0% mining efficiency (fully stopped)
- Airdrop Impact: 0% durability = 10% airdrop payout (not fully stopped)
- Repair Cost: Linked to token price, burn mechanism
- Phase 1: Only fixed pool active, durability fixed at 100%
- Phase 2: All features active including Dynamic NFT, airdrop eligibility rules, and durability-airdrop linkage
