Star Genesis NFTs have a total supply of 5,000 units, released in two phases across three tiers.
Tier Hierarchy
NFT tiers are ranked by rarity, base hashpower, and token listing coverage.

Country is Tier 1 - Country is Tier 1 - the highest-ranking NFT with the widest token listing coverage, highest base hashpower, and greatest rarity. When a store token is listed in any city, Country NFT holders covering that region receive airdrops from all cities within their country.

Tier Design Philosophy
The inverse relationship between Base hashpower and Slots is an intentional design choice:
- Country (Tier 1) has the highest Base (4.0x) and widest airdrop coverage, providing a passive advantage - ideal for holders seeking broad token listing exposure across an entire country.
- Capital (Tier 2) offers a balanced approach with moderate Base (3.0x) and Slots (3), balancing passive and active strategies.
- City (Tier 3) has the most Slots (4), enabling the highest active growth potential - by equipping parts, City NFT holders can surpass higher-tier NFTs in raw H_user through active participation.
This design ensures each tier serves a distinct strategy rather than creating a strict hierarchy where higher tiers dominate in all aspects.

- Capital (Tier 2): Higher base than City, balanced token coverage from capital area.
