Login / Sign Up

Sign Up

Supported Methods

  • Email - Register with your email address and password
  • Google - Sign up instantly with your Google account
  • Apple - Sign up instantly with your Apple account

Email Registration

  1. Enter your email address.
  2. A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your email. The code expires in 3 minutes - request a new code if it expires.
  3. Enter the verification code to verify your email.
  4. Create a password.
  5. Set your nickname.
  6. Review and accept the required agreements, then tap "Continue" to complete registration.

Password Requirements

  • At least 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase and one lowercase letter
  • At least one number
  • At least one special character

Nickname

  • Each nickname must be unique across the platform.
  • If you skip this step, a nickname will be automatically generated for you.

Agreements

  • Terms of Use and Privacy Policy - Required
  • Service announcements & updates by email - Optional. Guides and important service notices are delivered by email, so opting in is recommended. Your email is not used for third-party marketing.

Sign-Up Reward

Completing registration unlocks the Starzip membership program. See Membership for what it covers. Current reward types and rates are shown inside the membership app.

Passkey

  • Log in using biometric authentication such as fingerprint or face recognition.
  • You can register up to 10 passkeys per account.
  • Manage your passkeys in My > Security Settings.

Failed Login Attempts

If you enter incorrect credentials 5 times in a row, your account will be temporarily locked for 10 minutes.

Sign Out of All Devices

You can sign out of all active sessions at once from My > Security Settings.

Social Account Linking

Link your social accounts to your Starzip profile for quick access and community features.

  • A social account already linked to another Starzip account cannot be linked again.
  • You can unlink and re-link a social account at any time.

Wallet Connection

After signing up, connect your wallet to start trading. Wallet connection guide will be available soon.

Referral Rewards

  • Both the referrer and the referred user receive membership rewards upon successful registration.
  • Duplicate rewards for the same referral are not allowed.

Account Deletion

  • Delete your account from the Security tab in Settings, or request deletion by email to contact@starzip.io. Your account is locked immediately and you can no longer sign in.
  • You can restore your account within 30 days. After 30 days it can no longer be restored. Business owner accounts cannot be deleted at this time.
  • Records we are required to keep by law, and records already written to the blockchain, remain after your account is closed. We also retain data needed to prevent fraudulent use and for tax and accounting purposes, to the extent necessary for those purposes.
