Guide for Business
Token Issuance
Overview
Once your store registration is approved, you can issue a Store Token — a utility token tied to your business on the Starzip platform. The issuance process guides you through setting a funding goal, configuring the token supply and details, and submitting for review before the token is minted.
Prerequisites
- Store registration approved (registration review passed).
- Store representative image uploaded — this image will be locked as the token ticker image after minting.
Issuance Flow
- Enter the funding goal — the target amount (USDT) you aim to raise through the Launchpad offering.
- Set the total token supply. The minimum is 10,000,000 tokens, entered in defined increments (thousands / ten-thousands) — arbitrary values are not allowed.
- Configure token details — name, ticker symbol, and token image.
- Submit for review. The proposed token economics are reviewed in the Console before minting proceeds.
- Upon approval, the token is minted on opBNB.

Token Image (Single-Slot Policy)
Starzip uses a single-slot image model for each store. Before token issuance, the store representative image (avatar) is used to represent the business. Once the token passes the issuance review and is minted, the representative image is locked and inherited as the token ticker image. The store avatar and token ticker image are the same slot and are never displayed separately.
Token Details
Configure the following during the token setup step:
- Token Name — the full display name of your token.
- Ticker Symbol — a short uppercase identifier (e.g., CAFE, BAKE).
- Token Image — inherited from the store representative image (single-slot, locked at mint).
After Issuance
Once the token is minted, you can proceed to set up a Launchpad offering. The token will be listed for trading on the Starzip DEX after the Launchpad closes successfully.
