GUIDE FOR USERS
Withdraw
Overview
Withdrawal moves your available trading balance from the Starzip settlement contract back to your connected wallet on the opBNB network. You can withdraw all or part of your available balance at any time.
Available vs. Locked Balance
Your balance on Starzip is divided into two parts:
- Available balance — funds that are free to trade or withdraw immediately.
- Locked balance — funds currently reserved for open (unfilled) orders. These cannot be withdrawn until the order is cancelled or fully executed.
If you have open orders and wish to withdraw the reserved funds, cancel those orders first. The balance will be released back to your available balance immediately upon cancellation.
How to Withdraw
- Navigate to the Withdraw section in the app.
- Select the asset you wish to withdraw (USDT or USDC) and enter the amount, up to your available balance.
- Confirm the destination address. Funds are always returned to the wallet currently connected to your account.
- Review the transaction details, including the estimated gas fee in BNB.
- Confirm and sign the transaction in your wallet.
- Wait for the transaction to be confirmed on the opBNB network. Once confirmed, the withdrawn funds appear in your wallet.
Gas Fees
Each withdrawal requires a gas fee paid in BNB to the opBNB network. Gas fees on opBNB are generally low, though they may vary with network conditions. Ensure your connected wallet holds a small amount of BNB before initiating a withdrawal.
Address and Network Verification
Withdrawn funds are sent exclusively to your connected wallet address on the opBNB network. Double-check that the destination address shown in the confirmation screen is correct before signing. Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed.
Confirmation Time
Withdrawals are processed on the opBNB network. Confirmation typically completes within a short time, but the exact duration depends on current network conditions. You can track your transaction status on an opBNB block explorer.
