Overview

Your feedback helps improve Starzip. You can submit feedback directly through the in-app feedback form or join the community channels to share suggestions, report bugs, and ask questions.

In-App Feedback Form

The in-app feedback form is the fastest way to send structured feedback directly to the Starzip team.

1. Open the feedback form from the feedback button in the app.
2. Select a feedback type: Bug Report, Feature Suggestion, or General Inquiry.
3. Describe the issue or suggestion in detail. Include steps to reproduce and attach a screenshot if applicable.
4. Tap "Submit" to send your feedback.

Feedback Types

• Bug Report — Something is not working as expected. Include reproduction steps and screenshots.
• Feature Suggestion — Ideas for new features or improvements to existing ones.
• General Inquiry — Questions about how the platform works or how to use specific features.

Tips for Useful Feedback

• For bugs: describe exactly what you did, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened.
• Include step-by-step reproduction steps so the team can replicate the issue.
• Attach screenshots or screen recordings when possible — visuals help identify issues faster.
• For feature suggestions, explain the use case and why it would be valuable.
