Guide for Partner

Store Listing

Overview

Partners submit store information on behalf of the businesses they recruit and conduct the first-stage review before the listing is passed to Starzip for final assessment. This page walks through the end-to-end listing flow.

Required Store Information

Before registering a store, collect the following information from the business owner. Accurate and complete information helps the review process proceed smoothly.

FieldDescription
Store nameOfficial name of the business as registered.
CategoryBusiness type (e.g., cafe, restaurant, retail).
LocationFull address of the physical store.
Store descriptionA brief description of the business and what it offers.
Representative imageA high-quality image representing the store (used as the store avatar and token image after token issuance).
The representative image submitted during store registration will serve as the store avatar. After the business issues a token, this image is also used as the token image and cannot be changed separately. Ensure the image provided is high-quality and appropriate for long-term use.

Store Listing Flow

  1. Collect store information from the business owner (name, category, location, description, representative image).
  2. Submit the store registration form in the Partner Dashboard.
  3. Conduct the first-stage review: verify that the store is a real operating business, that submitted information is accurate, and that the business meets Starzip's listing criteria.
  4. Submit the first-stage review result. If approved, the listing is passed to Starzip for final review.
  5. Starzip conducts the final review (approximately 2–4 weeks). The status is visible on the Partner Dashboard.
  6. Upon approval, the store is activated on the platform and becomes visible to users.

First-Stage Review Checklist

When conducting the first-stage review, verify the following points before submitting your result.

  • The store is a real, operating physical establishment.
  • All submitted information (name, location, category) is accurate and consistent.
  • The representative image clearly represents the business.
  • The business does not violate Starzip's listing policies (e.g., prohibited categories or illegal activities).

Each store listing moves through the following statuses. You can track these in the Partner Dashboard.
