GUIDE FOR USERS
Trade
Before You Trade: Deposit
Starzip uses a settlement contract model. You must deposit USDT or USDC into the settlement contract before placing any order. Funds held in the settlement contract are used for trade execution, and you can withdraw back to your wallet at any time.
Trading Interface
Starzip is an order book exchange — all trades are matched through a central limit order book. Before trading, you must deposit funds into the settlement contract.
The trade screen provides a full trading interface with a live price chart, order book depth panel, and detailed order management.
Order Types
Market Order
Executes immediately at the best available price. Use when speed is the priority.
Limit Order
Executes only when the market reaches your specified price. Gives precise control over entry and exit points.
Time in Force (Limit Orders)
When placing a limit order, you can specify how long it remains active.
| Option | Behavior |
|---|---|
| GTC — Good Till Cancelled | Order stays open until fully filled or manually cancelled. |
| IOC — Immediate or Cancel | Fills as much as possible immediately; any unfilled portion is cancelled. |
| FOK — Fill or Kill | The entire order must fill immediately; otherwise the whole order is cancelled. |
Trading Fees
- Taker orders — those that fill immediately against the order book — are charged 0.15% per trade.
- Maker orders — those that rest on the order book and add liquidity — are charged 0.03% per trade.
Supported Quote Currencies
