Launchpad FAQ
Participation
Where do I participate in a Launchpad?
Each Launchpad is hosted within the store space of the business running the offering. Navigate to the store you are interested in and open the Launchpad tab to view and join the active offering.
What currency do I use to participate?
Launchpad participation requires USDT or USDC. Make sure you have sufficient balance in your connected wallet or settlement contract before committing funds.
Can I participate in multiple Launchpads at the same time?
Yes. Each Launchpad is independent. You can commit funds to multiple ongoing offerings simultaneously, subject to your available balance.
Soft Cap and Refunds
What is the soft cap?
The soft cap is the minimum funding target a Launchpad must reach to proceed — set at 30% of the total offering goal. If the soft cap is not met by the end of the offering period, the Launchpad is cancelled.
What happens if the soft cap is not reached?
If the soft cap is not met, the Launchpad is cancelled and all committed funds are fully refunded to participants. No tokens are distributed.
Can I withdraw my committed funds before the offering ends?
Yes. You can cancel your commitment and withdraw your deposited funds at any time before the offering period ends.
Vesting
What is vesting?
Vesting is a schedule that determines when distributed tokens are gradually released and become available for trading or transfer. Instead of all tokens becoming available at once, they are released in portions over the vesting period.
What vesting schedule applies to my tokens?
The vesting schedule for each offering is shown on its Launchpad page before you commit funds.
After the Launchpad
When can I trade the token after the Launchpad?
After the Launchpad concludes and the Store Token is listed on the Starzip DEX, you can trade the tokens that have been released under your vesting schedule.
Is there a fee for participating in a Launchpad?
No. There is no fee for users participating in a Launchpad offering.
