Monitoring

Overview

The Partner Dashboard gives you a consolidated view of all the businesses you have recruited and onboarded. You can track each store's review status, token issuance progress, Launchpad activity, and trading performance — and take follow-up actions when needed.

Data shown in the Partner Dashboard reflects the stores you have recruited. You do not have access to stores managed by other partners.

Dashboard Areas

The Partner Dashboard is organized into the following areas.

Area	Content
Store List	A list of all stores you have recruited, with their current review status and key activity indicators.
Store Detail	An individual store view showing review history, token issuance and Launchpad status, and activity metrics.
Rewards	Your accumulated rewards and settlement history tied to the performance of your recruited stores.

Review Status Monitoring

Each store's listing progresses through the review stages described in the Store Listing guide. You can filter the store list by status to focus on stores that require action.

Status	Recommended Action
Under Partner Review	Complete the first-stage review and submit your result.
Under Starzip Review	No action required. Monitor for status updates.
Supplementation Requested	Contact the business owner to collect corrected information and resubmit.
Approved	Store is active. Monitor ongoing activity and performance.
Rejected	Review the rejection reason, address the issues with the business owner, and resubmit if applicable.

Activity and Performance Monitoring

For stores that have passed review and become active, the Partner Dashboard displays activity and performance indicators. Use these to understand which businesses are growing and where additional support may be beneficial.

Token issuance status and Launchpad progress for each store.
Trading and transaction activity indicators for listed stores.
Period filters to compare activity across different time ranges.

Filters and Search

Use the following tools to navigate your store list efficiently.

Status filter — narrow the list to stores in a specific review or activation stage.
Period filter — view activity metrics for a selected date range.
Store search — find a specific business by name.

Follow-Up Actions

When a store requires attention, the Partner Dashboard surfaces the relevant action directly from the store detail view.

Supplementation guidance — when a store's listing is flagged for supplementation, access the detail view to see what information is required and guide the business owner accordingly.
Business support — use the store detail view to review performance trends and identify opportunities to help the business grow on the platform.
