GUIDE FOR USERS
Launchpad
Overview
The Starzip Launchpad is a token offering event where users can commit funds to acquire Store Tokens before they are listed for trading on the DEX. The Launchpad lives inside each store's space — navigate to the store you are interested in and open the Launchpad tab.
How to Participate
- Navigate to the store space you are interested in.
- Open the Launchpad tab within the store space.
- Review the offering details — goal amount, soft cap, schedule, and token allocation.
- Commit funds in USDT or USDC to participate in the offering.
- If the soft cap is reached, the Launchpad proceeds. Tokens are distributed according to the vesting schedule.
- Once the token is listed on the DEX, tokens released to you under the vesting schedule become available for trading.
Allocation & Limits
- Launchpad allocation is first-come, first-served. If you commit more than the remaining allocation, the excess is refunded.
- The issuer may set a per-participant purchase cap. You cannot commit more than this cap in a single Launchpad.
- There is no separate whitelist — participation is open to Starzip members.
Soft Cap
The soft cap is the minimum funding target a Launchpad must reach to proceed, set at 30% of the total offering goal. If the soft cap is not met by the end of the offering period, the Launchpad is cancelled and all committed funds are fully refunded to participants.
Vesting
Tokens acquired through the Launchpad are distributed according to a vesting schedule — instead of all tokens becoming available at once, they are released gradually over time.
- Vesting schedule: tokens are gradually released over time and become tradable as they unlock.
- The vesting schedule for each offering is shown on its Launchpad page.
Launchpad Fee
There is no fee for users participating in a Launchpad offering.
After Listing
Once the Launchpad concludes and tokens are distributed, the Store Token is listed on the Starzip DEX. Tokens released under your vesting schedule can be traded freely on the DEX.
